Hugh Trimble & The Atomic Ranch Band

Hugh Trimble is a folk singer, songwriter and storyteller based in Nashville, Tennessee. Born in Eastern Europe to American journalists, Hugh lived in four different countries before his eighteenth birthday, but his career as a musician began in Central Park. Inspired by the community of street performers he adopted and was adopted by, Hugh began writing and recording songs that paid homage to the rich and revolving cast of characters he fell in and out of love with on the road. Hugh’s songwriting & style has driven comparisons to the folk and American heavyweights of the 60s, but critics have lauded a voice that reinvents (rather than recalls) the genre. Hugh goes electric in his newest project, HUGH TRIMBLE & THE ATOMIC RANCH BAND, reuniting with long-time musical partner Drew “Drewski” Niedzielski and recording live to tape at famed Nashville studio Welcome to 1979.
