The Highlight

The Highlight is a North Jersey Pop Punk/ Hardcore band that was stated in 2014. Steve Wieczorek, Matt Rabe and Andrew Wolfe started writing music April 2014, quickly after the writing process started member Matt Micieli was added to the line up. After months of writing and trying out multiple people as a front man for the band, John Sysyn quickly showed he was the right fit for the band in early December of 2014. From there the band continued writing material to record their first release. In february of 2015, the band released their first single Life Could Change. Shortly after the release of Life Could Change, the band headed back to the studio to begin recording their debut EP Find Your Place. After a few long months at the studio And countless struggles to get the EP completed, The Highlight released the debut EP Find Your Place early October, 2015. From here the band hopes to continue to work towards and achieve their goals of promoting this EP, begin writing a full length album and hopefully hit the road on a first tour.
