Jeff Harden Music

Jeff was born in Ajax, Ontario in August of 1974 to Tim & Jackie Harden. At the age of 5 Jeff moved to the Cambridge/Kitchener area and was introduced to gospel music by his father who has been the tenor singer for the well known Canadian Southern Gospel Quartet, The Watchmen, for over 45 years. Early in life Jeff had a great ear for harmony parts and quickly became an integral member of the prestigious Cambridge Kiwanis Boys Choir, where he traveled around Canada and Europe. At the age of 12, Jeff started to sing with The Reporters Quartet, he also received top awards in musical composition with Kiwanis Music Festival, and began to learn how to play numerous musical instruments. "I learned at a young age to be very musical, I can now play the piano, guitar, bass, trombone, pennywhistle, djembe, and I can clap too", Jeff joked. He also turned his talents into directing and performing in many musical/theatre productions, while continuing to build his craft by studying for his Bachelor of Arts in Music at Prairie Bible College.

In September of 1996, Jeff married the love of his life Eva and they currently reside in K, Ontario Kitchener with their 3 wonderful boys, Josiah, Liam, and Eli. Jeff has a passion to teach people about worship and the ability to lead people into God’s presence through his music. Jeff has sung in other quartets and groups over the years, as well as being a soloist, and also rotates as part of the musical worship team at Pathway Community Church in Kitchener.

Over his musical career, Jeff has had the privilege of singing on stage with many of the best in gospel music, with the likes of Greater Vision, The Talley Trio, Guy Penrod, Marshall Hall, The Martins, The Booth Brothers, The Watchmen Quartet, Steve Green, Dan Wilt, Brian Doerkson and The Heading Home Trio, just to name a few. After years of singing, playing and instructing other musicians and singers privately, Jeff now has launched out as a solo artist and still collaborates with several other artists.
