Mason, Son of Ma

Mason is a singer/songwriter who started singing while growing up in church. He had led his church youth group in worship, but after coming out as gay and struggling with his faith he gave his guitar away and stopped singing. He spent two weeks in complete darkness, sealed away in a makeshift cave in his bedroom, searching for an answer, which came to him in a dream on the 12th day: "Love yourself". He soon started singing again and so far has shared his music around the United States.
