Aaron Lewis

Venue was great. Thought Kevin, one of his accompanist, almost was better than Aaron. Was very impressed with Kevin. Have loved Aaron Lewis’ voice for years. This performance? Meh. Other people were raving and yet when I tried to get them to tell me what they really liked it was the same “it’s Aaron. He’s a true American.” I agree but what did you really like about the concert. A couple of songs were true and tried but at times it was hard to hear because amped guitars so loud. His stories were funny except the poor pity story about the music had taken everything he had. Notice he’s still doing it - could it be for the money? I’m sorry to be so harsh but I just went to a Creed Fisher show that was by far better and he seemed so thankful for his career and fans. I will remain an Aaron Lewis fan but probably won’t see him in concert again. Maybe I was just expecting too much.

I have to admit ..It’s been awhile!!! The last time I saw Aaron Lewis solo was seven or eight years ago in Reno. He was still relatively new to his country career. I’ve been in Staind fan since the very beginning ever since I saw them at Family Values. I most recently saw Staind at Aftershock in 2019. That being said this new iteration of Aaron is not my favorite. Admittedly I’m not the biggest country fan. And although I more or less agree with his political views, that’s not the reason why I come to a concert. I come to hear music. And although the musicianship was good, and I enjoyed Aaron‘s interaction with the crowd. This is not the Aaron Lewis crowd I once felt comfortable with. Even the cover songs that he played had a country twang to them. I really like the new Staind album and I will keep my eyes peeled for a tour from them but unfortunately this is probably the last time I’ll attend a solo Aaron Lewis show. I’m not blaming him. It’s my fault. I should have done my research. I didn’t know what I was getting into. I get why people are into it and I’m not faulting them. It’s just not my cup of tea anymore.

The concert was amazing. The Corral was almost a complete flop but was saved by the employees. We purchased 2nd row tickets by the seating chart, expecting an unobstructed view of the stage only to find the pit was extended to block our view. I talked to the employee at the gate and after a few minutes, moved us to front row away from that area. Please, Carson Valley Inn, give the employees a raise for dealing with the problem so immediately and change your Floorplan to represent what it actually is. Aaron Lewis was great and I would love to see him perform again and can't wait for him to come back to the Northern Nevada area.

I absolutely love the music that Aaron Lewis and Staind have brought to my life. His music, voice, and lyrics have gotten me through some pretty rotten times. This was my 2nd time seeing Aaron solo. The last time was February 2020 before the shit hit the fan. I definitely enjoyed that show more. We sprung for some pretty pricey seats to our 2nd show to watch Aaron get drunk and talk about politics. I do appreciate that everyone has a right to their platform but I could have done without the political banter. I listen to music to get away from the bullshit happening around the world. The singing was 2nd to none though when it was happening.

It is the fifth time seeing Aaron Lewis. The concert was incredible as usual. He has an incredible voice and his shows are like no other you will ever experience. If you see him once , you will want to see him again. We can't wait to see him again. It's a shame you don't hear his music on the radio because he is certainly one of the most talented performers out there. He is no fake, you get what you see with him. Many artist's voices don't sound the same when they are recorded compared to when they perform. Aaron Lewis's voice is as good maybe even better live. Best concert we have gone to.

The event was awesome! This was my first time at this venue, "The Moon" in Tallahassee. The venue was cool, and the acoustics were great. Aaron Lewis was AMAZING! He sings with such passion. He really speaks to my soul. He also interacts with the audience, has some comedy relief, also a mix of his opinion & current events! This was the first time that I saw the Aaron Lewis "Frayed at Both End - The Acoustic Tour". I'm a big Staind fan, I'm not a country music fan, BUT....... I listened to the Frayed at Both Ends album so many times that I have really come to appreciate Aaron's new country stuff. I think I just love his voice no matter what he is singing. I have gone to three additional Aaron Lewis concerts this year after seeing him in Tallahassee at The Moon. That make four concerts in eight months! I love his music, old and new. AMERICA!

This concert deserves more than 5 stars…..it deserves 1,000+. Aaron Lewis is so down to Earth and so grateful to our military men and women. The concert was amazing, the venue was great and fun as well. This was our first time seeing him in concert and we will be coming back to more of his concerts. I highly recommend seeing him wherever you can but seeing him at the casino was a fun night. The casino was awesome, the only downfall is the smoking but they do have the smoking and nonsmoking areas separated. It was very clean and easy to use all the variety of machines. Again go see Aaron Lewis whenever and wherever you can because you won’t be disappointed. He sounded amazing and made sure to involve the crowd to sing his songs…..but the most awesome part was starting his concert out with everyone standing and taking off their hats and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Can’t wait to come back again.

I was very disappointed I never got to see The show , only the opening act . This was my sig others bucket list show and I arranged the trip as a surprise even finding a babysitter for our young children as we live 3 hrs away . We had been at Bernie’s a little earlier visiting with the staff and returned for the show around 630. My sig other had 1 beer n went out to smoke for second time since we had arrived and was told he couldn’t go back into the show because he had had to much to drink . Not impressed at all.

It was AMAZING!!! It’s the BEST concert I have ever been to and I’ve been to a bunch!! I just love his honesty and bluntness, but most of all I love his amazing voice and the love he has for his fans and the USA. I work for the military, so it was an honor to be at a concert that fully supports our military and all servicemen and women of our country. I’ve loved Aaron Lewis since I was in high school, 20 years ago, back when he started with Staind and I always dreamed of going to one of his concerts and I will say, he DID NOT Disappoint! He was awesome and he made me and my fiancé even bigger fans! Thank you, Aaron♥️

Aaron put on the most amazing show. He played his heart out. Every person around us was captivated by the performance. His talent, lyrics and style mixed together with All of his Patriotism was a much needed boost. It was a MAGA effort by Aaron Frank Lewis last night. It was complete FIRE!! Thank you for coming to Lewis County Aaron. We NEVER miss a show. I was thinking today I should have bought tickets for both shows and I won’t make that mistake Ever AGAIN!! Safe travels and tqvm AFL! 🙏❤️🇺🇸

We bought tickets in Row 4 the day they came available. Love the venue, last saw Aaron at House of Blues. Straight forward show, Aaron seem to be struggling from some technical difficulties with his guitars, but played right through. He also was candid about the fact that he had been tuna fishing in the Coronado islands off Ensenada and was a little tired and enjoying a buzz. He pulled out a barstool and with Stateliners guitarist “Chuck“ did a great acoustic set. Aaron is a true “whatcha see is whatcha get” performer, thank God for the honesty.

First Asron Lewis Concert I've ever been to. And Best Birthday Present Ever!! from my Fiance.. Only issue no parking lot bathrooms and not enough bathrooms inside like 15 outhouses for a few thousand people.. Had to wait in lines for like 3 or 4 songs very sad. Also was told to pee by our cars people had to squat or stand to pee in parking lot. Thank god we had awesome police as peeing in a public area out side is a felony specially in front of children. But Aaron Lewis was the best thing there.. Wine Country Amphitheatre needs to look up their Acts as they would have seen no matter where Aaron Lewis and some other acts play they need to prepare bigger for the amount of people coming. Was NOT up to OSHA standard for sure.. and lines for food and drinks way to long need more and more stock.. But again Aaron Lewis Rocked it and as always made it all worth it.. @The Ledge, may have been the best Show I've seen Aaron do, except his Shows I've seen him play with STAIND. Great outdoor venue, sat 6th row just left of center... If I'd had made a list of songs I'd have liked Aaron and the STATELINERS play, it was Saturdays setlist. Little old, little new, little STAIND and even a cover or two... Isn't it ironic! Traveled 6 hours from Milwaukee and I'd do it again! AFL doesn't disappoint. Glad to see Aaron didn't get distracted by the crowds typical chants. AFL all fuck'n day long... ❤️🇺🇸

Aaron Lewis is phenomenal. The venue on the other hand was a disaster. There was no warning of needing a negative covid test or vaccination card. Upon arrival it was chaos. They sent us down the street for a covid test. EVERYONE who bought the tests with us read positive. EVERYONE!!!! After about the 10th person the venue saw the fault in the test and then provided us with new ones. And they were all negative. We spent over an hour just trying to get in the door. There is also a clear bag policy that was not posted at the time of ticket sales. This entailed them taking my purse and putting it in their $5 clear bag 🤦🏽‍♀️. Read. Not the contents. THE WHOLE PURSE! Aaron Lewis. Awesome. Stand up guy. Will definitely see again. Charleston music hall. NO. NADA. NEVER AGAIN. I also found out they bought and own Music Farm. I used to love that venue. But that’s a no too.

I have seen Aaron Lewis about 14 times mostly mostly back when he was with Staind as the headliner but started at Livestock in Land O'Lakes way back when. I have always loved his shows! I enjoy your style and even since you've gone country on us...it's all about those lyrics...so many times one of your songs would be released and put into words the things I couldn't seem to. Thank you for that 😀 I literally drove 5 hrs this time to come see this amazing acoustic performance and I probably would have gone further than that. Can't wait to see what's next

Okay so I LOVE Aaron Lewis, but his fans are shitty concert goers. I’m with the “Let’s Go Brandon”movement as much as all his other fans, but I don’t want to hear political chants during his songs. This is the second AL show I have left early because I can’t hear him sing due to the political chants and massive interruptions. I am pretty sure the rudeness irritates him as well. It saddens me. Can’t i just hire him to sing me to sleep every night, there’s not too much crazy in that ask, is there?

Attended alone. I will not miss Aaron if he is anywhere near Ft Worth, Texas. Absolutely a gifted performer who did not sell out to the establishment as most artists do. He is on his game with his amazing voice and songwriting ability and does not have to rely on computers to make him sound better or like he does on his CDs. In fact, he actually sounds better most of the time in person as he can interject any magnitude of emotion he may be feeling at the time he is performing. He is straightforward in his beliefs and proud to be an American. Love, Love, Love everything about him. Dawn

Let me say this first: I have been an AFL fan since 1998. I've met him before and attended multiple live shows where he was remarkable and he is the sweetest guy. I understand Aaron had a lot of people to meet and greet last night, but I feel for paying $150 dollars for a VIP package and only getting a minute of time was a bit ridiculous. Others said they were able to request songs; I didn't even get a chance to even ask anything because as soon as the meet and greet started, he started on about Covid, masks, and politics. I wanted to talk about positive things because this was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I don't have the money like some of the other folks did to attend each show. As soon as I tried to speak after the ranting, he talked over me and then the admins came on, asked if I wanted to selfie and that was it. No interaction. No questions. Nothing. When the show finally started about 20 minutes late, it seemed like Aaron was distracted with three things only: smoking a joint and relighting it over and over (which got to be annoying after an hour of watching him do it), lighting his cigarette over and over, and drinking whatever was in his Dixie cup. The songs were sung mediocre. Not at all what I expected and what he's capable of. His voice was gruff and off key at times...probably because he was mainlining grass and cigarettes, chord progressions were messed up, words were messed up; he stopped at times because he forgot lyrics. He played maybe two songs that were good vocally. The rest of the time it was all about smoking grass and worrying about puffing after each song, which was only about 6 on this list he had anyway. I appreciate the experience for what it was, but the whole thing was so disappointing for me. This is my opinion and no one has to agree or like it. I just know that if I'm paying money to see a performance, I should get a little of that. Three stars because of my merch and selfie shot, and the techs were on point. Nothing else really was notable or memorable, which is not what I wanted to be writing right now. What a mess.

Fantastic show!! The Grand is an awesome place to see a show (although their booze/tumbler thing is a bit odd. Aaron was spot on vocally and told some great stories. He did many of his original tunes from both Staind and his solo career and of course, did his cover/request session he’s become known for which was about 20min of the show despite what the other poorly written review says. It was a great show and anyone who didn’t see him here should take a road trip to see him at one of his two upcoming shows in Chattanooga or at Cherokee Casino in NC, he’s well worth the trip!

Aaron's performance was awesome and hilarious. He is a funny guy, but The Trocadero is a terrible venue. The people were rude and rowdy and at the end, there was a fight that caused Aaron to end the concert early and he didn't perform So Far Away like he always does. Concert itself was awesome. He had two opening acts, Travis Marvin and Alex Williams. Travis was amazing and we got to meet him after the concert (he's great and a real nice guy). We liked the other guy too, but definitely Travis was preferred for us. Was a lot of fun!
