About DD White
DDWhite is a Detroit-raised/NYC-based band founded in early 2016. Their high-energy performances draw from an eclectic taste of music-- rock, soul, surf-pop and gypsy punk rooted from a base of Motown influence. The distinctive rawness, solid rhythm section and a good old-fashioned hooks create a contagious atmosphere of fun musical ambition.
They released their Digital 45 “Blame You / Even a Girl” December 2016. “Even a Girl” is aggressive, riffy, fast-driving and fun rock and roll tune. “Blame You” has a lithe, soaring pop vibe where soulful melodies intertwine with edgy and honest lyric sensibility creating an original, and exciting ride.
DDWhite’s lineup includes lead singer, Tiffany Wiesend, bassist and backup vocals Chris Agar, guitarist Collin Stanley, drummer Zach Simao and guitarist Tim Basom.
