Drew Ellis Music

Drew was born and raised in Smiths Station, AL, where he developed a love for country music from an early age, listening to artists such as Jamey Johnson, Daryle Singletary, Alan Jackson, Merle Haggard, and Waylon Jennings. Inspired by the legends he grew up admiring, Drew bought his first guitar as a young teenager with money he saved working summer jobs. It was singing songs for family and friends that made Drew's love for entertainment grow. ​ At the age of 19, Drew enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he spent 4 years active duty, with two deployments to Afghanistan. He recalls how playing music overseas helped to boost moral for himself and fellow troops. "Music was like therapy to us. It was apart of a daily routine, whether it be in the gym, playing guitar, or on mission. Music was something we all had in common. ​ Armed with experience from the military and war, Drew began writing songs. His desire to share these songs with others lead to the search for the perfect band. Each member has been hand picked for the sound and ability they bring to the music and show. With Drew's determination and musical gifts, fans can look forward to hearing more from him. His music is considered to be "True American Country". True. American. Country.
