Her forthcoming album ‘Silver Birch’ is highly anticipated after her 2017 E.P ‘Waiting’ received airplay from BBC Introducing, alongside being featured in Music Week and named Clash ‘Track of the Day’. Recorded at Rak Studios and produced by Sean Hatton (Roo Panes), the album crosses an array of styles: from alt rock (Tori Amos, Wolf Alice) to Indie Folk (Fleet Foxes, Nick Mulvey). Tipped by EARMILK as “one who is going to make waves in the years to come”.

Bella McKendree is a songstress carved out of woodland wanderings, a big family and a passionate interest in humanity. Here’s an artist that knows how to take you on a journey right to the core of your heart. With a vocal to pierce through even the thickest of skins (see her live), she is refreshingly herself, with a voice that commands to be heard. Bella’s song-writing burst into life at age 10 upon discovering mid-90s singer-songwriters: Jeff Buckley, Tori Amos and Ray LaMontagne.
