GoldyLoxX has experienced a long and diverse musical background starting from the age of 6 when he began training classically on piano. In middle school and high school, GoldyLoxX added bass clarinet to his repertoire. Sitting first chair for two years in band, GoldyLoxX was invited to join Colorado Honor Band Association when scouts attended a school concert. Sparked by a little rebellion, GoldyLoxX picked up a bass guitar and self-taught, he joined a rock band. During this time, the rebellious teenager acquired his first version of Reason and began producing beats. By the age of 15, GoldyLoxX was regularly producing EDM with Reason and refocused on this medium. Since then GoldyLoxX has become a little less than obsessed with the potential of EDM production and his background allows him to create new ideas almost effortlessly and to refine his skills at a very fast rate. His musical interests has spanned across a multitude of subgenres which is evident in the deep, dense, and textured progressive tracks he produces. GoldyLoxX exploded into the EDM scene alongside Miss Jaedha who together form The Acidophiles in 2009. Selling out their first live show at the Aggie Theatre, The Acidophiles continued to make strides and bounds within the local Colorado EDM scene for the next 4 years, playing at multiple venues and festivals including Illusions In Sound, Horizons Music Festival, Sonic Bloom, and SnowBall Music Festival. With a strong desire to expand and evolve as an artist, GoldyLoxX has again refocused and concentrated on himself as a solo artist. As a solo artist, GoldyLoxX continues to shine in the EDM scene.
