Gasoline Boots

In the Spring of 2016, drummer Matt Whilden teamed up with frontman and lead guitarist Billy Boswell and bassist Paul Chapin in Austin, Texas. Boswell and Chapin had played prior in a similar local Austin circuit with different bands, while Whilden got his start in Baltimore, Maryland. The three's paths crossed and Gasoline Boots was born. Gasoline Boots is quickly becoming known for their high-octane, energetic, live shows and music. Between the collaboration of three individuals, they are continually earning their spots along with who Austin has to offer. With musical influences that include the three Kings (ALbert, BB, and Freddie), the Rolling Stones, and up into the more recent Rival Sons, it's easy to believe this power-trio has the hard-hitting, gut wrenching, heart pounding drive your ears have been waiting for. Currently working on their first EP, Gasoline Boots are expecting a release date nearing mid-February, 2017.
