Drawing from an eclectic mix of R&B/soul, pop, folk and jazz, Jean's music effortlessly engages listeners with moving lyrics and her soulful voice, to find authentic value in themselves and in others.

Having grown up playing piano and singing at church, music has always been an integral part of Jean’s life. In 2016, she took a step of faith and decided to take her voice and writing to the next level. She began performing her original music at local open mics and shortly afterwards, started hosting her own shows at various NYC venues, including The Delancey, Silvana and Rockwood Music Hall.

Jean's debut EP Gray, released in May 2017, is a compilation of songs that address conquering insecurity & fear and living in hope & love. Gray is based on the notion that not everything in life is as black and white as we think it is. It’s a series of living in gray moments of transition, taking risks, and ultimately, coming to know your true self. Gray is available on all digital music platforms.
