DJ MATTY MO

DJ Matty Mo is an open format, party rocking DJ known for his diverse and creative sets ranging from funk & soul to hip-hop, rock, indie dance/nu-disco, pop, trap, house, and so much more. In 2014 Matty Mo won the "Salt Lake City Weekly DJ Of The Year" award. In the fall of 2016 Matty was recruited to join the team at U92 SLC (KUUU SLC) and can now be heard mixing live on the air regularly!

Matty Mo has performed in venues all over the country including Los Angeles, Denver, Las Vegas, Portland, Seattle, and of course his home state of NY. In addition to clubs, Matty is a natural performer in concert settings where his skills on the turntables and microphone help bring the energy out of the crowd. He has provided direct support for dozens of international acts including Nelly, The Wu-Tang Clan, Odesza, Thievery Corporation, Rob Stone, Action Bronson, Run The Jewels, Skratch Bastid, and Mixmaster Mike, to name a few.

Matty also has a long history in the Ski/ Snowboard industry where he has spun at many large scale events, such as the Winter X-Games and the Grand Prix; as well as countless smaller grassroots events all over the west coast. He has done work for dozens of companies in that industry including RedBull, Monster, Adidas, Nike, Burton, Salomon, Skullcandy, Neff, Zumiez, Oakley, Vail, ThirtyTwo, 686, Snowboarder Mag, and Hydroflask.
