Savagery

Savagery is a Rock/Metal band from Dhaka, Bangladesh, formed in February 2012 by vocalist and primary songwriter Zesun and guitarist Movi Kabir. The band recently made debut in the music industry by their short length album “Prayoshchitto” from Incursion Music. Line-Up History: After several line-up changes, Savagery is now consists of six members. Back in 2011, Movi's leave from The Metalians, he and Zesun started composing songs together and looked for other band mates. In February 2013, Nabil as drummer, Sheetal as keyboardist and Adil as guitarist, joined in. After that Savagery started their journey, performing on stages with the full line-up. Sheetal left the band in April 2013 for his personal problems. Sheetal was replaced by Mashuq, who was the former member of Black Stain. Nabil had to left the band and was replaced by Shakil, who was selected by auditioning. In October 2013, Zesun left because of unavoidable problems with the band. Their specialty is their experience with an emphasis on the Progressive rock/ Metal genre itself as well as their experienced guitarists and everyone in this band is working their way to perfection. With a plethora of musical tastes and backgrounds ranging from Heavy metal to Progressive rock and hardcore the band Savagery shows no limitations with their ability and style. With this formation, they are working on creating original songs of their own; their songs are formed of lyrics that have a definite social conscience. This band tries their hardest to be real to everyone they come in contact with and be a true example of Metal bands in Bangladesh. Commercial success is not their main concern.
