About Artemis Rising
ARTEMIS RISING combines the heaviness of Metal with concepts and sounds of electronic music to create their very own interpretation of modern guitar-driven music, that is not afraid to defy entrenched patterns.
The journey of the five guys living in Northern Germany, picked up pace in 2018 with their debut album "Ascension". With this album they toured through Germany over a year, delivering an energetic live show. In 2019 ARTEMIS RISING won the Redfield Records band contest and as a result produced their next song “Gold”.
This was followed by the double singles "Searcher" and "Repeater" in early 2020, with which former vocalist Wim was able to say a fitting farewell before leaving the quintet.
With their new vocalist Daniel Simpson, ARTEMIS RISING push their sound to a higher energy level, starting it all off with their single “Terra Firma”. With more releases on the way, this marks the beginning of a multi-track story concept and a new era in the band’s history.
