Lucky Chops

I am a freshmen in high school and I play piano, clarinet, alto saxophone, and tenor saxophone. I originally saw a video of Lucky Chops in the subway on YouTube and have fallen in love with the band since then. I am a HUGE fan of Leo P, and therefore became a fan of Too Many Zooz as well. I have never seen a show like this live, and couldn’t be happier with it. I was completely blown away and this is the best thing I have ever seen and heard in my life (I’ve seen other types of performances). Also, I didn’t really know too much about Moon Hooch, but now, just a day after, I think I have watched every YouTube video they have because they were OUTSTANDING. I truly do not know how to describe how much I loved this performance because there are no words for it. Not only was the performance amazing, but I have been inspired to continue doing what I’m doing and practicing and experimenting with my instruments (I REALLY want to play bari or bass now too). I would HIGHLY recommend the Lucky Moon Zooz!!!!!

Sublime…. Band is utterly informal; professional and genius at same instant. Sound was excellent. Venue was very good. I was the second oldest person in the place and I was literally amazed at the crowd turnout. The band ran like a machine but performed like a beautiful living organism. Lucky Chops has got to be considered at the very pinnacle of this type of live performance. I wanted to relate to the band members my sentiments above, however my younger friends were tired and I had to miss the chat and hangout with band over the merch table. I would love and pay to have all of their you tube and live videos on one or several discs in order to watch at one sitting. The modern technology is still confusing to me. A people being good people, spreading the love type of show….. Everyone was knocked out by Lucky Chops, believe me. Robert Langmuir Aged 73

The band brought it from a start to finish, and this venue going to be a special place in the future. The sound this old church gave was amazing. Truly a unique band in a equally deserving unique place.

Die Show war mega gut. Im Täubchenthal war eine super Stimmung. Die kliene Location sorgt für eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre und Lucky Chops haben die Hütte so richtig gerockt!

Possibly the best gig I've attended. The band were absolutely fantastic with an infectious energy and phenomenal technical ability on display. Really playing with and building up the crowd. I expected a great show having been listening for years but being in the room was an experience that far surpassed and not to be missed. Hearing Daro Behroozi holding it down on Bari and bringing his style to those parts was really something! Possibly the busiest player last night? Joshua Gawel flying higher than I even thought possible and with great consistency. Josh Holcomb just blazing that trombone was fantastic and grounded by Brother Ben with some solid and really technical drumming! Nora Nalepka coming in very strong on that Bass with a really lovely rounded tone, percussive where necessary and really powerful. I don't know who the other guy on the Alto was but I want to! The sound was also really well balanced and clean so it was great to hear everything! Thanks to the Band for making the trip and the crowd was pretty good to be part of too!🙂 My only mild gripe would be with the merch table as I had held off on supporting the kickstarter for the New Album and hoped to pick up that and some back catalogue at the gig only to find that cds were being charged at £15 (more than the online purchase prices) and New Day wasn't there. 😢 That's just a lesson learned for me though and it spoiled nothing!

It was so much fun! Lots of awesome energy! I also found out months later that that show was Adrian “A.C.” Condis’s first live debut performance with Lucky Chops which I thought was super cool!

An amazing experience, loved meeting them all. Live music was way better than any of the recordings. Only downside is not having the sheet music for sale at the merch booth, but oh well.

Very interactive with crowd. Got to chat with them for almost an hour after the show. Such amazing performers and great guys!

Holy crap, this band's energy was insane! This band's always been one of my favourites, and being able to meet them after the show and get a picture and signatures was incredible.

Awesome show! Loved Big Boy Brass, loved Lucky Chops & loved the venue & their staff. This is a must see show - bring your dancing shoes!

Phenomenal show, great venue and great atmosphere made you feel like you were up on stage with every set

props to the band for an interesting night but I'm gutted that they didn't play the songs that got them started. My favorite was their version of Mr. Saxobeat which I was so keen to see them play. Of course they had to play their own songs but I was expecting at least one or two of the already popular songs that they played so well.

props to their energy and skills but I was honestly disappointed that they didn't play some of the songs that made me subscribe to them in the first place. Their version of Mr Saxobeat was the bomb but they didn't play that. We left about 15 minutes before they were about to end

Completely stole the show and brought the house down. High energy, creativity and skill from all of the band members. I won't miss a future show.

So much fun to watch and dance to. We got to meet all the band members and they were so so nice.

Lucky Chops were astonishing. I could feel every minute of their concert how hard they studied and worked to get to this point; they're artists and professionals. I even feel sorry for saying I didn't feel Leo P's absent since LC brilliantly adapted their parts and actually got them better for having more space. I'll never get tired nor bored of Lucky Chops. You guys light up the day every time you play.

Einmalige Klasse. Die beste Band auf Erden. Nicht in Worte zu fassen. Wahre Musik mit purer Emotionalität! Diese Jungs sind abslolut der Hammer. Ich werde sie vermissen! Hoffentlich schaff ich noch einen Auftritt anzusehen, denn man kann nicht genug davon kriegen. Diese Jungs haben mich echt mitgerissen! Danke
