About Diaz

Diaz is a rap artist from Jessheim, Norway who has been rapping since the late 80s. He has always been a part of the inner circle of Tommy Tee's Tee Productions click, and was featured on various releases by among others Warlocks, N-Light-N and T.p Allstars before releasing his solo debut "2050" (after Jessheim's postal code) in 2000. The album was produced entirely by Tommy Tee and featured the Tee Productions fam as well as several Swedish and American rappers such as Petter (with whom he had the hit "Crossing borders" in 1999), Channel Live, IGOFF & Hazadous, El da Sensei, Cover of COD Crew, Eye N'I, PeeWee and Thomas Rusiak. Except for a verse in Spanish on "El Cordobes" and Petter's Swedish rhymes on "Do what you must", the LP was strictly in English.

In 2003, Diaz followed "2050" up with his debut in Norwegian, "Velkommen hjem Andres". The disc was produced by Tommy Tee and COD Crew's Marco, and featured Petter, Kevin of Warlocks, Kleen Cut, Kapricon of Madcon, Dimmu Borgir and Wu-Tang Clan's RZA (whose album "The World According to RZA" featured Diaz on two tracks) and Baretta 9 of Killarmy.

Diaz' third album is called "Jessheimfanden" and was released in 2006. It features Sofian and trance phenomenon Dina, is produced by Tommy Tee, Isac Swing and Rumblin and is said to be his last LP.

In addition to these three albums, Diaz has been involved in a lot of different projects through the times, laying verses with among others Chingy, Paperboys, Clemens, Tjes Boogie, Onkl P, To Små Karer and Winta
