Jason Thurell

Op 18 november 1990, zag de jonge Belg Jason Thurell zijn eerste daglicht. Geboren en getogen in Brussel. Het werd al snel duidelijk dat Jason een voorliefde had voor muziek. Hij bracht uren door voor de platenspeler van zijn ouders met het afspelen van vinylplaten, deze te versnellen, ze op te nemen op cassettes om deze vervolgens aan elkaar te mixen. Op 12 jarige leeftijd kocht hij zijn eerste gitaar en na twee jaren oefenen, werd het tijd om een melodie op te nemen. Fl Studio werd geïnstalleerd en zo ontdekte hij het digitaal producen. Vanaf dat moment was het meer dan duidelijk, EDM zou zijn toekomst worden. Al zijn spaarcentjes werden gebruikt om de studio te bouwen. Jason tekende een platencontract bij het label van de wereldbekende DJ Laidback Luke ''Mixmash Records". Hij trok hierdoor de aandacht van beroemde artiesten waaronder Lost Frequencies, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tiësto, Blasterjaxx, Juicy M, Cedric Gervais en vele anderen en mag tot op heden nog steeds rekenen op hun steun. Jason Thurell zijn tracks worden gespeeld in clubs/festivals en op dance radiozenders wereldwijd. On November 18, 1990 the young Belgian Jason Thurell saw his first daylight. Born and raised in Brussels. It soon became clear that Jason had a passion for music. He spent hours sitting in front of the record player of his parents, playing vinyl records, record them on cassettes in order to mix them together. At age 12, he bought his first guitar and after two years of practice, it was time to record a melody. Fl Studio was installed and he discovered the world of digital music. From then on, it was more than obvious, EDM would become his future. All his little savings were used to build the studio. Jason signed his most prominent track with the record label of the world known DJ Laidback Luke's "Mixmash Records". He got the attention of famous artists like Lost Frequencies, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tiësto, Blasterjaxx, Juicy M, Cedric Gervais and many others and they still support Jason's music through their radio stations and Beatport charts.
