CIVL

Originally started in 2015 as Civil Youth, CIVL (pronounced Civil) is the musical platform for American artist and songwriter, Michael Kepko. After three years of successes in the Alternative Rock world- including opening for bands like twenty one pilots and Awolnation, earning radio play with the single “Between Me & You”, playing on the final Vans Warped Tour, and much more- it came time to switch tracks and take the plunge into Pop. Inspired by Pop artists while writing the project's first album in 2015, this shift brings things full circle for Kepko. New music- influenced by artists like blackbear, Justin Timberlake, Jake Miller, and others- can be expected Fall 2018, and sounds like nothing you’ve heard from this project to date.
