Shipley Road

Named after a street in Toronto, Canada that singer Patrick grew up in, the two ladies, two gentlemen and David of Shipley Road inspire with effusive and touching songs, ranging from indie to folk with a spice of melancholy. Formed in mid 2015 in the beautiful city of Münster in Germany's northwest, the five-piece band has played multiple venues throughout the city, inspired on music festivals and recorded and released their five song debut "The Circle EP" in November 2015. The lyrics find ways of translating emotions into songs that are equally as catchy as they are lively. Shipley Road does not only represent the sounds of the dreamy Canadian suburbia, but perfectly illustrates the shared path of the five musicians, Elena, Sabrina, Nima, David and Patrick.
