Shugga Shugga Blast Blast

Shugga Shugga Blast Blast, the fore fathers of sk8djent, are a high energy progressive band that infuses the genres of skate punk and djent to create uniquely fast, heavy, and fun music. Formed in early 2016 in Corpus Christi, Texas, their distinct sound is based on an array of influences such as Strung Out, A Whilhelm Scream, NOFX, (crappy paychecks), After the Burial, Volumes, Modern Day Babylon, (bad relationships), Kid Liberty, Four Year Strong, (backwards politics), Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!, (bad food), A Day to Remember, (not having air conditioning, and video games). The band released their debut single and music video "Stellar Collisions" at the end of June '16 followed by a west coast tour in support of Rest, Repose (YouTube star Jared Dines' band) in July '16. The next month they released their first ep "Live It Up or Give It Up" on August 30, 2016. They currently have another tour already lined up in October after they record their first full length album. We are a high energy progressive band that infuses 8 genres called SK8! Skatecore with Djent, Ezcore, Metalcore, Hip-Hop, Deathcore, Pop-Punk and Hardcore.
