Alms Of The Giant

Alms Of The Giant is a band formed in the suburbs of Milan in late 2014.
The project is fueled by the necessity to experiment, mixing metal and mathcore elements to post-rock influences, a mixture that always has interested the five components of the band.
The song-writing process began and in 2015 first shows arrived.
They started to play in different venues as Amigdala Theatre and The World Music Studio, also they played at the most known summer festivals of their area, sharing the stage with many underground bands and earning enough success between the audience.
In September 2015 the band entered the studio to record their first ep, entitled “Meet The Abyss”, containing four metamorphical tracks which fully express the potential of the project.
The band, on the 9th of January 2016, presented “Meet The Abyss” at the “Happy New Deer” Festival with Sunpocrisy and Kingfisher, subsequently they started a series of concerts which will lead the band to play as opening act for:
IMMINENCE, Atlantic Tides, Bleed Someone Dry,
Marry Me In Vegas, Filth In My Garage, Storm{o}, Kubark, Dogs For Breakfast and Lucertulas.
In the second part of 2016 the band decided to go back in studio in order to record a more mature ep.
At the moment the band is in studio finishing their new ep, willing to publish it in 2017.
