Originating from Clawson, a small suburb outside of Detroit, Greg Blucher (blue-cher) has been writing, recording, and performing music since the early 2000's, performing both solo and in full band settings. Greg Blucher describes his music as "A sound that captures the catchy hooks of rock and roll, and delivers them with the energy of punk." 'Perception of Life' (released April 2017), his first full length album, is a collection of 13 songs that deal with the impacts of: Love & Loss, Happiness & Sadness, Hope & Disappointment, and Greed & Selflessness. It has a lot of that upbeat pop punk energy of the early 2000's, with a more mature tone. There are also hints of 'singer/songwriter', 'grunge", and 'post-hardcore' influence sprinkled into the mix.
