The Law

Hailing from Dundee, and riding on a new wave of enthusiasm for new music in the town, The Law first came to light playing at the Doghouse. As a powerful 4 piece, they initially got together writing & playing songs as a means of venting frustration at birds and bosses, and have grown hugely in the past year.

Several sessions at the T-Pot Studios with established producer Robin Evans and a recent UK tour with mates The View has earned the band nationwide interest. With a set of album worthy tunes and more songs in the making The Law are set for a busy 2007.......

The Law (SWE)

Frustrated with the situations of their former bands the dudes just said, “Screw this, Let’s play together!” and so THE LAW was born. The aim was set to play flawless old school thrash, and boy did it work! Like the divine blend of Water, Barley Malt, Hops and Yeast we mix the vibes of American and European thrash metal. The first flash of victory was a contribution to the mighty GET THRASHED documentary ( http://www.getthrashed.com ) which was an elite way for these dewds to prove themselves worthy.

After a few changes in the line-up the legion grew stronger than ever. Today 5 sexkittens are bearing the heavy burden of exploring new audio landscapes and exploiting the legacy of metal. And you are invited to mosh. A 7 track EP is recorded and just waiting to be launched on humanity. A new hope...
