Tantric

Tantric is great live! This is my second time seeing them, had some sound issue in the beginning but got through it and finished strong. Would definitely recommend them, hope to get another chance to see em.

Great lineup! Pulsifer is amazing visually as well as lyrical and music. Smile empty soul did their hits. Hugo is full on and tight band. Don’t miss this opportunity music people!

Been listening to Tantric since the beginning and although I never had the chance to meet Jesse or Matt I will say that Hugo is one of the kindest and funniest humans I’ve met and the whole band is always amazing every time we see them. We have seen them multiple times and they are always so kind and they always put on a killer show. Jon is an amazing drummer but even better he is just truly an amazing human and I always have a soft spot for a bass player so I keep my eyes on Eric almost the entire show lol (sorry Hugo). They are just an amazing band but also they are kind and humble humans which just makes them an even better band!

This is one of my favorite bands. I’ve seen them multiple times. I have never been let down! Also, did the VIP meet and greet which turned out absolutely amazing. These guys are literally a class act.

For my first time finally getting to see Tantric they put on a great show and was a great venue to be at definitely would love to see them again. Brought back that early 2000's rock nostalgia

Really appreciated the band giving their all despite the small attendance. Had a great time and they still sound great after all these years. Hope their new album can get them a second round of popularity.

Great show both guitars were jamming with Hugo front and center sounding great but the drummer looked like he was 10 ft tall on the big stage like he was the star great set up I will be watching for the next time they come to Michigan

Venue sucked beyond understandable customer service; high priced drink, lack of knowledge on bar drinks, and the venue’s sound setup was below par but Tantric still put in a reasonable show. Furthermore the backup bands seemed to be having in-fights with the venue.

Awesome show. Love the small venue for up close and personal experience. All the band members were great and down to earth to hang out with. I had a blast and look forward to doing it again soon. Tribble 's was great as well with great staff. Thank you! Steven

I saw Tantric on their first tour, when they were one of the opening bands on Creed's Weathered tour. They were really good back then. Honestly, they were just as good this time around! With the personnel changes, I was worried that Hugo would get players that were maybe not quite equal to the task of playing the old songs, or that wanted to play the old songs their own way, but these were both put to test almost immediately. This band was tight and well worth the ticket price for the show! And I'm not just being a fan and saying that - I'm a musician myself and I tend to be rather critical, as friends and family would tell you. I took a friend who has been in several bands with me to the show so we could hang out for a while and he said even though he'd never heard them before (he listened to Breakdown when I was on the way to his house) he thoroughly enjoyed every single song. He really engaged the band after the show, telling them how impressed he was. He agreed with the FOH engineer's judgment that they really delivered a good show, unlike a lot of newer bands that just stand there high as a kite. My friend added that you could tell they all meant every note they played. They sold the sizzle. I was especially impressed that the 25 year old drummer was so well versed and played an excellent set using the house drum kit, which a lot of times can be a total POS. This was a very good sounding Gretsch Marquis kit. But what really impressed me the most about him was his attitude. He said he really tried to learn all the songs just the way they were originally played (and he did an excellent job!) because no one wants to go to a show and hear his interpretation of the drum part, or how he thinks it should have been played - they want to hear it like the version on their CD. Very mature guy and an excellent player. They played a lot of material from the first 2 albums, which I loved to hear, and seemed to please the crowd a lot. The guitarist played some really appropriate solos. He stuck to the recordings for a lot of them but when he had latitude to go longer, he really showed what he can do. The bassist was highly energetic and really pounded out the pulsing rhythm with the drummer the way a rock bassist should do. You could tell Hugo's voice was ragged out real bad when he talked with us afterwards, which made the fact that he sounded as good as he did very impressive. You can tell he really lives for the opportunity to share his music with people who appreciate it. If you like their music and you are wondering if it's worth your time and money to go see Tantric, buy your tickets now, without delay. You will not be disappointed!

Tantric was awesome and fun to watch live. Smile empty soul unfortunately sounds horrible. The place is also very small with not much options at the bar. I’ll probably still go back for future events tho.

Amazing, if you haven’t seen these guys live, you don’t know what your missing! And, if there ever was a band you’d wanted to meet and felt too nervous. Don’t let that stop you with these guys, they treat you just like a friend; couldn’t be happier with our experience! Looking forward to the next time!

A great show. Band was completely on point and Hugo's voice was as perfect as listening to the album. So glad I finally got to see a band I've been a fan of for 20 years!!! Great job guys!!!

Excellent overall! If you're debating about seeing them, I highly recommend that you go! Life isn't about materialistic things, but rather life experiences and this is ine you should experience!

Great show... I loved the small intimate setting.. it was a great experience to get up close and personal with the band.. Tantric has been a long time favorite band of mine since it's first self titled release..

It was great! It was a small venue and it wasn't really packed like expected. Tantric didn't seem to care they killed it as if they were in a stadium!! Awesome band!

Although the sound man was beyond atrocious, the band completely persevered and put on an unbelievable show. These guys are funny, sincere and as cool and genuine as they come. I would without a doubt go see them again.

Hugo and crew kicked it! Got some of the crowd in stage for singing Breakdown. Fahrenheit 420 came back after 2 years, to open the show. They kicked it too!
