Mondo Cozmo

Amazing show at a great, cozy venue. Mondo Cozmo is incredibly talented, one of my favorite artists from Philly, loved the opening band, The Cobbs, too!

Mondo is always an excellent show! They never disappoint. Just the best!

Real, raw even got emotional during Hold onto me. Josh the singer was humble and so kind after. The whole band was absolutely amazing. Loved listening to this band first time seeing them and it was unforgettable.

I had such an ecstatic experience seeing Mondo Cozmo. The passion and grit of Josh's performance is so honest and raw, you can't help but come away electrified. Yes, there are shades of Dylan, and Springsteen, but he is such a damn humble troubadour, you can't help but wish Mondo Cozmo just a dash of the success of his influences (but only after you get to see them in the perfect intimacy that is the Lodge Room. Spare, poetic lyrics, propulsive, hook-laden anthems, bandmates that their leader obviously loves deeply. These kinda shows happen once or twice in a lifetime.

First time at Underground Arts and the space is awesome! The show - the BANDs were fantastic! Worth the wait to see Mondo Cozmo live - I had tix for the March 2020 show and we all now what happened there! Love the studio albums and hearing the music live was perfection. I saw him once before live for XPoNential and definitely wanted to hear more. Thank you Josh for being you and producing the music you create. You are a gem of a human and so kind. Thank you for coming home post-COVID to perform for us!

Haven’t been this excited about discovering a new band in ages. This was the second time seeing them in two months and it was worth the drive. The outdoor park was great too. What a beautiful night, with beautiful people, listening to beautiful music.

Pure, sincere, beautifully written and performed rock n roll! Mondo Cozmo is at the forefront of rock sincerity and fun!

Every Mondo Cozmo song is stadium ready. Joshua Ostrander’s lyrics seep deep in the muscle and beckon your vocal cords to sing along. It was an all ages show at The Foundry. It was incredible watching 7 year olds to 70 year olds jumping to the beat. We had the privilege to hear a few new songs, soon to be released on an EP. One made me weep. From the mic Josh said it was the song he wished he didn’t have to write. It’s electric being part of a hometown, packed Mondo Cozmo crowd.

Mondo Cozmo came home to play the Union Transfer in Philadelphia and I fear we will never be able to catch the band on that size stage again. Mondo Cozmo's lyrics and tunes are gut-filling, soul enriching rock n roll!!! Lead Josh Ostrander performs sincerely with an energy that is infectious.
