Growing up in small town Dayton, TX, Jonathan always knew that he wanted to be a Singer/Songwriter, but like most, was deterred from the idea due to the fact that one in a million make their dreams come true. After attending Sam Houston State University and joining the workforce in the "real world", he made the decision to chase his dream at the age of 23 in 2011! He began playing shows in his hometown and writing. After starting his first band in 2012, he began gaining popularity in the area and building a following that would regularly attend his performances. He decided it was time to take things to the next level, so in November 2013, he recorded his first album and released it to the world for criticism. The album gained quick popularity with his unique style of music and his strong vocals. In June 2014, Jonathan released his first song, Little Bit of Texas, to Texas Radio. He hit the road on his first radio tour visiting stations all across Texas and Oklahoma promoting his single with fellow artist, Jesse Raub Jr.. By the end of the tour, the single had made it to #67 on the Texas Music Charts and the Texas Regional Radio Chart. With the desire to play original music at his shows, Jonathan decided to cut another album in the middle of 2015 and released it August 2015. This album would blow his first album away with new original songs that were real and people could relate to and jam to. After giving fans time to familiarize themselves with the new album, in January 2016, Jonathan released his long awaited new single to Texas Radio. "She's My Whole World" is a song he wrote with fellow artist, Jesse Raub Jr. and in 7 short weeks out to radio, Jonathan has already surpassed his first single with the current one at #66 on the Texas Regional Music Chart and climbing!! Be on the look out for Jonathan in the upcoming year to become well known in the Texas Music Scene. In 5 short years, Jonathan has become one of the fastest rising artist to ever grace the music scene and we look forward to see what's in store for him!
