the Barnstormers

The Barnstormers, a country/red dirt group has been together for over 3 years. The group consists of members BJ Pruitt on guitar and vocals, Brian Hall on bass, David Byerly on lead guitar and vocals, and Adam Hall on Drums. The Barnstormers have been playing across southeast Kansas and Southwest Missouri, entertaining and creating fans with their brand of rocking country music. The Barnstormers have opened for red dirt artist Jason Boland and the Stragglers, and have played such venues as Knuckleheads in Kansas City, MO, Lindburgs in Springfield, MO and Banjos in Pittsburg, KS as well as numerous bars and community events. Based out of Fort Scott, KS the group released a 6 song EP in December entitled Drinking and Sinking. Along with original music, The Barnstormers have a wide array of 80’s and 90’s country covers from artists like George Strait and Alan Jackson; as well as Red Dirt favorites by Jason Boland and the Stragglers, and Cross Canadian Ragweed just to name a few. Formed in late 2013. We play a mixture of country, red dirt, and southern rock covers.
