Texas Joe Bailey & The Sweet Leaf Junction Band

Joe Bailey is native Texan, born and raised in the greater Houston are. Always a music lover, as a young boy in the 80’s his dream was to play arena rock, in a band like Led Zep, KISS, Motley Crue Etc. That all changed when at the age of 12 his Daddy took him the first concert he’d ever attended. It was in a venue you may have heard of, a little place called The Astrodome, and it was George Strait & His Ace In The Hole Band. When the lights went down and the band took the stage he witnessed 60 thousand strong exploded in admiration, applause, and screams! The majority of the screams were provided by the beautiful TEXAS women! My song Rocky Mountain Jeans is based on this event. Such high pitched shrieks, you would have thought The Beatles were taking the stage. It was at this point that Bailey decided that this was the business to be in.
