About Leanne Wilkins & the Weathered
Since she began performing 1998, Leanne Wilkins has captured diverse audiences with her heart-felt lyrics and soulful melodies. Over time, her style has been infused with elements of Americana, roots rock and blues. Influences including Lucinda Williams, Ryan Adams, and Kathleen Edwards also create subtle undertones in her music.
The Weathered formed in August 2013 with Michael Rognlie [bass] and Derek Pulvino [lead guitar], and Travis Yost [drums] joined in March 2015. The melding of influences and styles has produced a complex flavor of soulful rock that is sure to leave music fans craving more. The band performs regularly in venues throughout the greater Seattle area.
