Formerly known as 'HEART-A-TACK' from 2007 - 2016, the band recently re branded themselves to 'PATRIOTS'. For almost 8 years, the band has played across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand. With their 'Pop-Mosh' style of music, the band has always been known for their showmanship and face paints to express their passion towards their songs and the message that they want to deliver as their music mostly revolves around fast paced heavy music.Their debut EP 'Stand Off' was released in early 2016 along with their debut single 'FALLEN'. Ever since the release, the band managed to play all sorts of festivals and concerts across SEA. With more than 8 years of rollercoasters, mosh pits and roaring crowds under their belt, the band also played with international bands such as ISSUES(US), MAYDAY PARADE(US), NECK DEEP(UK), CHUNK NO CAPTAIN CHUNK(FRN), IN LEAGUE(AUS), IN HEARTS WAKE(AUS), TOTALFAT(JPN), THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS (US), THE WORD ALIVE(US), CRYSTAL LAKE(JPN) & DRAGONFORCE(US). Highlights : - Signed with UNIVERSAL MUSIC MALAYSIA for their 'Stand Off EP' release. - Signed with SKESH ENTERTAINMENT (INTERNATIONAL) - Worked with Bert & Eric from 'CHUNK NO CAPTAIN CHUNK' on their 'Stand Off EP' - Featured 'David Escamilla' from 'CROWN THE EMPIRE for one of their track on the EP 'LIBERATE'. - Played a minimum of 50 shows a year including festivals & concerts. - Released 3 music videos for 'FALLEN', 'TERRANOVA' & 'LIBERATE'. - Currently touring Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia for the first half of 2017. 5 piece PopMosh band from Malaysia.
