Blues Festival

The whole hotel staff, especially Nate ,were polite, courteous and very accommodating. Peggy from the volunteer staff for the Reading Blues Festival did an excellent job, very informative,pleasant to deal with.The venue had excellent sound. I wasn't aware that you needed to buy a 3 day ticket to sit in the front section.I would have liked to have upgraded my seats when I got there had I known about the seating situation. At Samantha Fish's show that section was pretty empty. Maybe next year you can fill in some of the empty seats by a certain cut off time. For the artist sake at least.My wife and I had a very nice time at the hotel.The food in the Bistro and Barbie our waitress were great.Our Hilton Honors accommodations were excellent. We'll be happy to attend next year.
