Pom Oak

Pom Oak started at the beginning of 2015 under the name The Weekenders. After releasing our first EP and performing under that name for a few months, we signed our first publsihing deal with CDF records for our single, "Save Your Breath". Shortly after that, we faced some growing periods, as members came and left. After playing a few shows a two piece, we decided to remain a two piece. It was then while writing the music our new album, which we are currently recording and plan on putting out at the end of THIS SUMMER, that we decided we wanted/needed a fresh start, and with that came a name change. The name is meant to pay tribute to the small towns that we come from. Although the new music will not differentiate too much from the first EP released, it only seemed fitting that we pick a new name to match the new sound that we will be bringing to you all!
