Acme Jazz Garage plays a combustible mix of jazz, blues, funk, rock and New Orleans grooves -- your favorites and our originals.
"Sharkskin," our second full recording, was released Aug. 27, 2021 and has gained airplay on about 15 radio stations around the country (so far), as well as good reviews.
Our self-titled album, released in 2016, gained positive reviews in Relix magazine, the Los Angeles Jazz Scene and other publications, and has been heard on about 30 radio stations across the U.S. We've played a variety of Florida festivals, clubs and other venues, including the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, Gasparilla Music Festival (twice), Gasparilla Festival of the Arts (twice), WMNF Tropical Heatwave (3 times), Child of the Sun Jazz Festival, SPC Palladium, Friday Extra Concert Series (televised), Skipper's Smokehouse, Ella's Americana Folk Art Cafe, The Independent, The Ale & the Witch, St. Pete Saturday Morning Market, Moscato's, Timpano, Tampa Museum of Art, Blue Parrot, Green Parrot, The Blind Goat, and Dunedin Brewery.
