About Night Flowers
It’s been a whirlwind few years for transatlantic indie-pop quintet, Night Flowers, since these close friends from North England collided with Boston, MA born vocalist Sophia Pettit and began forming their irresistible brand of heart stirring, romantic pop in London.
Their joyous combination of intertwining vocals, backed by glistening guitars and dreamlike atmospherics, has seen them amass friends, fans and accolades around the world.
With their sold out debut s/t EP, they have since released two Japanese special EPs and 2-track singles ‘Sleep’ and ‘Glow in the Dark’, gaining praise from the likes of Pitchfork, NME, DIY and The Line Of Best Fit whilst enjoying repeat airplay from Steve Lamacq, Radcliffe and Maconie, Huw Stephens and John Kennedy.
Reaching out extensively across the UK, the band have honed an incendiary live show, gathering a loyal and solid fanbase in the process. They have appeared at Bestival, Kendal Calling, Beacons,Tramlines and Indietracks as well as Spanish festivals Lemonpop and Madrid Popfest, sharing stages with such bands as Swervedriver and Frankie & The Heartstrings amongst countless others.
2016 saw tours in Germany, Spain and Japan, to great acclaim and are currently supporting The Pains of Being Pure At Heart in the UK. Confirmed dates at Visions, Tramlines and End of the Road flesh out the summer, with their debut album due out this April ‘18 on Dirty Bingo Records.
