MN Korean Adoptee born into a tiny 4'10 ft. frame who writes, produces and performs original soulful funk songs. MAYDA packs the ability to produce her own world with her pop funk sensibilities through guitar riffs, bass slaps, quirky samples and danceable beats. Mayda has toured all over the world including Europe, USA, SE Asia and many times to her home country South Korea. MAYDA's music has been featured locally as well as internationally such as Reebok Seoul Korea, MTV's Jersey Shore, Bravo TV, Oxygen Networks, as well as Target commercials and Good Morning America. Mayda continues to create not only through music but theater and burlesque. Mayda is currently working on new material and planning a tour to Japan in the beginning of 2018.
