About Stephane 1993
Steel City's "Man Of Steel", Stephane 1993, Steven Karmaniolos. Many names, one aim. Steven creates percussive, drum track techno which always maintains a stripped back and almost raw ambience. He keeps a low profile, opting to shy away from the fanfare and self-aggrandizement. Being only 23 and residing in a town that is far removed from underground music culture, the young artist sources influences from the steel works of his hometown rather than the music culture itself. Stripped back - completely naked.
