The mind behind Frythm is the young aspiring artist Matthew Pena. Frythm began producing music at the age of 17 years old and has been moving forward ever since. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Flume, Cashmere Cat, and Odesza. Frythm combines a unique blend of ambient electronic music warped into hypnotizing beats that will leave your ears and heart craving more. Aside from his music accolades Frythm's live performances have been called "an experience" drawing the audience in with his electric guitar, smooth keyboard playing, and even live drumming. In the past two years Frythm has received recognition from top tier blogs & labels such as “The 405” (which is one of the United Kingdoms premiere music blogs) and several other write ups from blogs listed on hype machine. Joining the Los Angeles based collective soulfulxnature in early 2016 has helped boost frythms notoriety releasing some of his top tracks, “Too Much”, & “Your love” through the collective. Frythm has performed with artists such as Louis the Child, Rome Fortune, Troy Boi, Empress of, Abra, The Range, Natasha Kmeto, and Beacon. But his most notably is set to perform this year at Neon desert music festival.
