R.A.G.E

R.A.G.E ©® (Righteous Army, God Empowered ©®), a name / an idea that was conceived by Rav David (Lead Vocalist/Guitarist) in late 2007, turned into a reality in 2011, when Rav was asked to share the stage with Sri Lankan metal giants (Stigmata) and two uprising foreign metal bands at the time (Cyanide Serenity and Nervecell). R.A.G.E was formed a month before their debut gig (Psycho Martyrdom) and played one shattering set of covers to get the crowd into the mood, opening for cyanide serenity, Stigmata and Nervecell on May 6th, 2011. The band went on a long pause afterwards, as it went through a few lineup changes. 2012 was the year of rebirth for R.A.G.E. With a new line up, the four played their metal with all hearts out but this was only short lived. With as much as 9 gigs in the span of 6 months, R.A.G.E managed to turn many heads towards its unique heavy melodic sound. R.A.G.E which is lead by Ravin, is currently working on releasing it's first ever album. 2013 seems promising concerning the music that I've been longing to record and put out for many years. This year will surely have many surprises to look forward to. The journey was set in motion from the beginning. The destination is still to reach, but this year it's going to be one power packed R.A.G.E filled metal experience. And God said, Let there be Metal ~
