DJ BASSik

DJ BASSik (a.k.a. Darren Enzo) is a 25-year-old, Canadian DJ/Producer/Songwriter based in Toronto. He is currently a student in the Digital Music Production program at Metalworks Institute.

In the past five years, Darren has found success as DJ BASSik by also promoting and hosting various events via DGTL Entertainment. In Summer 2014, BASSik joined with Trap Toronto, a collective of like-minded DJs/Producers that together took over the local Trap scene. Recently, BASSik has signed with the city's newest & brightest booking agent, CJ D.F.-Wilson (Future Collective).

In late 2014, DJ BASSik was introduced to Electronic Dance/Hip-Hop Duo, Cugini, and instantly hit it off in the studio. BASSik is now the official Tour DJ of the band. Cugini collaborated on DJ BASSik's debut single, '#BASSikBitch' which released earlier this year. From this relationship, BASSik and Cugini producer, Adam Bertucci (a.k.a. Crohno), have teamed up to work on tracks of various genres. The two of them have an extensive repertoire of releases yet to hit the dancefloor within the next year.

With the valuable network and team working beside DJ BASSik, he has rocked dancefloors across Ontario's top venues/events; The Hoxton, The Sound Academy, Chroma (Guv), Garden of Eden Festival, Acid Lounge (Guv), Toika, Li'Ly Lounge, Gravity Soundbar, Remix Lounge, Club 77, O Lounge, The VIIIth Day Festival, Tryst, C-Lounge, The 905 Lounge, Cirqus, &Co, S.E.T. Boutique & more! DJ BASSik has also been a supporting act for artist's such as Brillz, Hunter Siegel, Andy C, Eptic, Slander, Kill Paris, Dr. Ozi, Alvin Risk, Hydee, Party Favor, Luis Futon, MC Flipside, Deko-Ze, Riggadale & many more.

2015 is a busy year for DJ BASSik, expect to hear many new productions, collaborations and mixes being released online and see you at the next show!
