Alaska and Madi

They are two halves of a whole - Alaska Holloway and Madi Metcalf. They became good friends and singing partners when they both joined an entertainment group called American Kids. Prior to that, they were both singing and entertaining with every chance they got. They sang in the American Kids group for 6 years and in 2011 were named Performers of the Year. Both Alaska and Madi have been involved in music in some form or fashion from a young age. They have both performed in school musicals - Alaska was Liesl in Sound of Music and Madi was Muzzy in Thoroughly Modern Millie. Alaska is a graduate from Broken Arrow High School and is a voice coach at Legato School of Music. Madi is a graduate from Jenks High School and hopes to one day influence others with her music. Singing a mixture of country, rock, folk, and bluegrass, they describe their music as “Just two girls from Oklahoma living out their dream singing country music!” After doing a blind audition for The Voice TV show and winning a spot with Blake Shelton’s team they feel very blessed to have such an experienced professional coaching them and moving their music to the next level.
