About Eric Evans
Eric Evans is a national hip-hop recording artist from Minneapolis, MN and currently lives in Houston Texas. Eric Evans started writing music when he was 8 years old. He recorded his first song at the age of 12 and started performing shortly after. Inspired by artist such Nipsey Hussle, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole and Jay-Z.
Eric Evans has opened up for artist such as Slick Rick, Toki Wright and Atmosphere to name a few. His first project Certified vol. 1 was released in 2009 under the name Young-E. After an eight-year hiatus Eric Evans returned to the scene under his real name and released his second project Threshold in February of 2017. In July, he followed that up with Summer Afternoon which is an seven track (EP).
Ran by self-made Young Breed Records, Eric Evans is poised to make some big noise in the coming year. Stay tuned!
