About The Subliminal
The Subliminal is a four piece metalband hailing from Utrecht, The Netherlands. Since 2014 these guys have been working their asses off to bring their groovy mixture of hardcore thrash death metal to the stage. Besides their goal to make powerful and aggressive music, they aim for a brutal, energetic live performance.
Although The Subliminal might be a young group, all members gained experience in former bands, such as The Slaughter (R’dam), Reborn (The Hague) and Embers of Oblivion (Roosendaal) to name a few. Some of the shows they’ve done include Paard van Troje, Bevrijdingsfestival Zwolle, Emmen Metal Festival and El Cid Festival in Leiden.
This caused The Subliminal to be a well-oiled machine right from the start.
The Subliminal released their first (selftitled) demo in April 2014, including 4 songs. In summer 2016 they released their first official single, titled 'Wake the Malady'.
At this moment the band is working on an EP, expected to be released in early 2018!
