About Flood The Stone

From the first note of the first song, Flood The Stone creates a sacred space to experience the presence of God. With an extremely high level of musicianship, stunning melodies, and hearts focused on authenticity, Flood The Stone draws people into a worship experience that is unforgettable. The band is comprised of Roger Angove, bass player, from New Zealand, Adam Breitkreuz, drummer, from Saskatchewan, and Steven Fazakerley, frontman, from Washington. Each band member brings their own musicianship, experience and unique voice for worship to the band, allowing for nuance and depth in each concert.

Flood The Stone has toured extensively in North America and all throughout New Zealand. They have received 6 CGMA nominations and 1 CGMA award. They recently won the Indie Artist Competition at CreationFest and came in second in the National CFA Competition. In 2015, FTS released “When the World’s On Fire”, produced by Phil Joel from Newsboys and Zealand. They are currently working on material for a new album to be recorded in 2016.

The name Flood The Stone comes from a deep heart cry: “God, flood our hard hearts with Your Presence. Flood our land that we may be revived.”
