Brandyn Burnette

Brandyn Burnette is a progressive soul producer/singer-songwriter from St. Louis, Missouri currently living in Los Angeles. This self taught, 3rd generation musician has crafted his own sound and style that has begun to takeover the pop underground world from the inside out. "My music is about healing... that's what it is for me and that's what I think it is for other people. I want my fans to feel like they are entering another world when they listen to my music." In 2014, Brandyn opened for John Mayer, Jon Bellion and James Bay. In 2015, he's penned songs for MKTO, Jake Miller, and "See You Again" singer Charlie Puth. One can only imagine what's next for this soulful progressive artist from the midwest.

His first official EP entitled "Made Of Dreams" will be available worldwide with the lead single "I Wanna Be (Free)".

"State I'm In" was written when Brandyn was just 15 years old, about a decade ago. Of the song, Burnette says, "I went home over the holidays and found old lyrics I started writing around 2006. Surprisingly enough, it was titled the same exact way as a song I was working on at the time. In that moment, I picked up my first guitar that I ever owned, and started playing. I stepped back into my younger self and remembered exactly how to sing what I had written 10 years ago. It was like the flow of the second verse and chorus were laying dormant in my soul until that very moment when I combined both my ideas from the past, with my ideas from the present." Burnette recently released ”Karma”, a track in which Indie Shuffle referred to as “excellent". “Karma" was also featured on other prominent sites, including Idolator, Wonky Sensitive and Going Solo. Prior to the relase of "Karma" Burnette released two other tracks but his new EP, "Underneath" produced by Win & Woo, which premiered on Koala Kontrol and featured on Spotify's New Music Friday and Weekend Buzz playlists, and "Worship" which premiered on MrSuicideSheep. The official lyric video for "Underneath" will be released on MrSuicideSheep on June 17th, 2016. The State I'm EP peaked at number 2 in Fiji Islands on December 5th, 2016. His songs currently play in store playlists all across the US & Europe.

Aside from his own musical project, Burnette recently announced the collaboration between himself and indie singer-songwriter Molly Moore, under the name Cosmos & Creature. Based out of Toluca Lake, Burnette and Moore quickly gained attention by featuring on Lost King's "Marathon" as well as Vicetone's "Bright Side." The duo also caught the attention of Iggy Azalea after covering her song, "Team." They have amassed 10 million plus streams on Spotify. Their first single "Young" debuted at number 3 on the Spotify Global Charts & currently has 2 million streams since release in the end of 2016. Currently working on a debut EP of their own, Cosmos & Creature have been brewing up an understated yet wildly energetic musical storm in their own right. Additionally, Burnette is a sought after writer in the industry having co-written for many such as Jake Miller, Hot Chelle Rae, Charlie Puth Hedley Alex Newell. In 2014 & 2015, Burnette has shared the stage with the likes of John Mayer, James Bay and Jon Bellion. Burnette has currently reached a wide audience with his solo material. His 2nd EP "State I'm In" had 2.8 million streams on Spotify since being released in July of 2016. He also appeared on a collaboration with independent EDM artist Elephante on "Plans" which has been played on Sirius BPM & has become the biggest song off the I Am The Elephante EP.
