About Requiomend

REQUIOMEND is a three-piece metal band that formed in 2010. From friendship to band mates, it all started at Laurentian Regional High in Lachute as “Haunted Tranquility”.
They quickly realized that that name was taken and the long process to find a unique name got underway.
Mozart and Beethoven being the musical geniuses that they are, influenced Adam in his music writing and Mozart's requiem came to mind. Mixed with an insatiable thirst for gore and horror films, “The Omen” is one of the bands favorite in that category. Put all of that together and you have REQUIOMEND!
Major influences are: Pantera, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Mastodon and Down to name a few.

Adam Tiseo (guitar, vocals), got his first guitar at the age of 10 and never left it alone since. Self-taught at first, he later took lessons from Chris Joly (Alcoholica) and quickly developed his own technique.
Major influences are “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott, Kirk Hammett, Dave Mustane and Kerry King.

Evan Commerford (drums, vocals) is what people refer to as a musical virtuoso. Playing bass, guitar and keyboard, he finds himself most comfortable behind a drum set and it shows.
His influences are James “The Rev” Sullivan, Vinnie Paul and of course Neil Peart!

Mathew Kubeck-Berniquer (bass) is the go to guy for gut shaking bass riffs and microphone wit.
Influenced by musicians such as Cliff Burton, Les Claypool, Geddy Lee and Robert Trujillo as well as bands like Mastodon, Upon A Burning Body to name a few.
