Tanja Roxx

Tanja has always been a music lover. Growing up in a family where everyone plays at least one musical instrument, she started to play violin at age six and went to music school. She also sang in musicals and when Tanja was a teenager she became passionate about electronic music. The Austrian native started out as a DJ in 2012 and quickly got discovered by influential players in the music industry such as EMI Music Germany and Red Bull. Also, the local scene has been a fan of her music ever since her start and she deejayed at all the renowned clubs in Austria like Babenberger Passage and Volksgarten in Vienna. She has toured around Europe from the very beginning and today the list of venues she played reaches every corner of her home country Austria as well as contains venues throughout Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Italy, Slovakia, Turkey and in the USA. Tanja Roxx performed at the biggest electronic music festival in Austria, the Lake Festival, alongside the most popular DJs in the world like Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Steve Angello, Nervo, Steve Aoki and many many more and she was able to show her talent at Winter Music Conference in Miami, USA. Tanja Roxx’s sound can be described as uplifting and fun. Once she steps on the stage everyone can instantly feel her energy. She mainly plays house music but always likes to mix in melodies, vocals, or whole songs from different genres, which makes Roxx-DJ-sets not only full of energy but also always exciting since they have a certain twist. Tanja is also a Law and International Business student and she finishes her studies with two degrees in early 2017.
