About Beard the Lion
Beard The Lion is a progressive metalcore band hailing from the live music capital of the world, Austin, Texas. With a variety of influences, the beards combine heavy hitting metalcore rhythms, tapping guitar hooks, and high soaring vocal melodies, crafting a balance between beardly and pure beard-tality. Their debut EP ‘Out of the Eater, Something to Eat’ released May 13, 2016. Part two, ‘Out of the Strong, Something Sweet’, is expected to release summer 2017. The band’s line-up consists of: Lead Vocalist: Ethan Carthel Guitarist: Seth Carthel Guitarist/Vocalist: Ray Rodriguez Bassist: Matt Glisson Drummer: Justin Boddeker We are marked by the maker, We are numbered, named and known.
