Thilo Teschendorf

Thilo Teschendorf asked Jesus Christ into his life when he was 17 years old and soon after began writing songs and leading worship. In 2004 he started a solo project called “thetsongs”. Three years later he formed a German rock band with 3 other musicians called “Vinzent” and toured with them as the front man for 3 years. They recorded an EP called “Signale” released in Dec. 2009. Shortly after the release, “Vinzent” disbanded and Thilo gave his life back to Jesus, after several years of Sex, Drugs & Rock’n’Roll.

The change was so profound that he became a full time missionary with “ToTheStreets International”. They shared the love and truth of Jesus Christ on the streets of Europe in many creative ways. Thilo loved to worship on the streets which drew peoples attention to God’s love and the message of the Bible. He married his wife BreAnna, one of the team members, a year after joining the ministry.

In 2014 “ToTheStreets” traveled to Belarus to visit churches. After playing one of his songs at a morning service he was invited to return and record his debut worship album “Back To The Father”. In February 2016 the album was released and in August he went on a record release tour through the UK and Germany.

Thilo’s calling is to lead people back to God the Father through His son Jesus Christ. That is his motivation for writing songs, leading worship and playing concerts. Regardless if you see and hear him singing alone with his guitar or accompanied by other musicians you will always get an authentic, passionate musician with a pastor’s heart.
