Danielle Marie Music

2017 BC Country Music Association Female vocalist of the Year Nominee, recently released her new single, ‘As Long As I’m Awake’ , produced by Scott Cooke (Scotty Chops), known for his work with Florida Georgia Line, Chris Lane, Old Dominion, Chase Rice and Dallas Smith to name a few. She’s looking to build off of her last single with Cooke, ‘‘I Wanna Go There’, which charted in the top 100 across Canada. Danielle was also the recipient of the 2015 BC Country Music Assoc. Ray McAuley Horizon Award & the 2015 Canadian Country Music Assoc. Spotlight Performance winner. She is currently back in the studio working with Cooke on her 2018 project.

This past summer she was honoured to be on the bill for Gone Country, alongside Tim Hicks, Jojo Mason, Karen Lee Batten and more and to have headlined one of the largest country fairs in Canada in her hometown. 2016 kept Danielle busy with some incredible shows. She opened for the George Canyon Jekyll & Hyde tour in Kamloops, opened the Big Valley Jamboree Kickoff Party for headliners Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, and Dierks Bently, then performed 2 shows at Sunfest in BC for the same headliners, played Main Stage at the 10th Anniversary Manitoulin Country Fest in Ontario alongside Brett Kissel, Jess Moskaluke, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Blackjack Billy and Juno award winners The Road Hammers. She closed out the summer opening for Corb Lund at vEGGfest in Vegreville, Alberta. Danielle is also no stranger to large crowd performances, including The Legends Show at Canadian Country Music Awards 2015, and the BC Country Music awards this past October 2016 where she was also nominated for Female Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.
