The Losts

On the one hand, there is a story of two brothers who learn to play guitar. On
the other hand, there is a ten years long story of friends who discover electric music
and decide to play together in various musical bands. The Losts is a Heavy Metal
band from the north of France, born of these two stories and touring since 2010.

All the lyrics work relates the story of The LOSTS, some innocent beings born
alone in a desert land, without name, without any God or Devil to believe. They just
want to look like human beings but when they move closer to the cities, they get the
innermost nature of Mankind's mind... a dark and unstable mind made of liar, anger,
violence, brainwashing, fear, ... The story of The Losts is, in fact, a satire of our
society.

The music of the band is touched by the melodic side of metal, influenced by
Hard, Heavy and Dark Metal bands like Helloween, Megadeth, Mercyful Fate, Dio,
Paradise Lost, Therion, Melechesh, Immortal, etc. « No God, No Devil », its first 5
tracks EP, was released in May 2013. It have received many cool reviews, in
particular in Rock Hard Mag & Metallian, and it is available (CD almost exhausted)
on Bandcamp, Emanes Metal Records and Dooweet Records webshops. After a large
number of gigs in France & Belgium, sharing stages with bands likes SERENITY
(Austria), DIRTY SHIRT (Romania), KING HEAVY (Chile), CAPILLA ARDIENTE
(Chile), FIREFORCE (Belgium), DRAKKAR (Belgium), EXISTANCE (France), the
band is ready to release its new 13 tracks album : "... Of Shades & Deadlands".
